Zen Institute is one of the institutes that really make their patrons beautiful and healthy with their myriads of weight managements programs.
Recently, they introduced a new way of reducing the fats but still in a healthy way that I was able to try a bit. One of the innovations that its owner, founder and head doctor Dr. Mary Jane "MJ" Torres introduced is a more holistic approach.
And this includes a carefully monitored but non-invasive treatments that is also supported by nutritional counselling, workout regiment, colon cleansing and intravenous (IV) micronutrition.
The first step is the Colon Hydrotherapy or also known as Colonics. It is a procedure to help cleanse the colon without a surgical approach in cleaning out the toxins in our system. This said therapy lasts about an hour in which about 25 liters of water is inserted to the body.
I have done a similar procedure before and its actually great to do if you don't eat much vegetables and often drink alcohol. This is also ideal to those that have regular unhealthy food into the system. Colonics actually is a healthier way to encourage the growth of good bacterias in the body so ideally this is supposed to be done about 4 times a year.
Then we go to the IV Micronutrition which delivers micronutrients straight to our veins which is directly absorbed by the body to use.
My experience was really wicked in a way because the machine that was used breaks the fat via sound wave so you would be able to hear like long beeping sounds but after a while you would hear some buzzing sound that indicated the fats breaking down. It was really funny to hear my own fats break down and its really something new that everyone should try.
